How we protect your website
Published websites are served as static files from Cloudflare's network. Editing takes place in your 102.ai account, away from the public site. That means fewer exposed parts to maintain, with no public CMS login or plugins to update on the published site.
HTTPS included
Certificates are issued and renewed automatically for connected domains, protecting the connection between your website and its visitors.
Version history
Saved website versions let you review earlier work and restore a previous version when a change needs undoing.
Account access
Site management is restricted to members of the owning account. You control who you invite to work on your websites.
Two-factor authentication
Add an authenticator app in your profile settings for an extra check when signing in.
The company behind 102.ai
Vu AI Ltd's whole-organisation certification covers firewalls, secure configuration, security update management, user access control and malware protection. You can verify the certificate or read about Vu's security practices.
Your data
To create a redesign, we read the public pages of your existing website and process the content and instructions you provide. Our data handling and the services we use are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting a security issue
Please report suspected vulnerabilities in 102.ai or a site we host to [email protected], which reaches the team that builds and runs 102.ai. Include the affected website and steps to reproduce the issue, without sharing passwords or other people's data. We'll acknowledge your report and keep you updated as we investigate. We won't pursue anyone who reports in good faith and doesn't access or change other people's data.
